Is shipping free?

Yes, we ship your Wallpaper worldwide free of charge.

How long is the delivery time?

Orders are shipped within 3-6 days after successful placement and are dispatched by a carrier with tracking information to your door. Depending on your location, transit times fall usually within 7-10 days. If your order is liable for customs, additional delivery time should be taken into account till processing and clearance has been resolved. 

Where do you ship from?

Your order will be produced and shipped from Croatia (EU).

How is my Wallpaper packaged?

Secure packaging of your order is a priority. Your Wallpaper will be sealed and packed in a cardboard box, resistant to moisture and impact.

All of our products are shipped door-to-door worldwide. All orders are tracked.

Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders are dispatched by a carrier with tracking information. Once the order has been taken over by our carrier, you will receive the tracking information via email.

My wallpaper has flaws

While creating your custom Wallpaper, we ensure to include all necessary quality assurance checkpoints to guarantee a flawless product. Always check the wallpaper before hanging it to ensure there are no production defects. If you find any flaws, please contact us before you start installing the wallpaper, and we will replace it with a new one, free of charge.

I've received the wrong dimensions

If you have received a Wallpaper that is not matching your the dimensions you provided, we'll replace it free of charge. However, if you have provided incorrect measurements, a full refund can not be made but you can contact us to find an appropriate solution for your case.

My package arrived damaged

Please check package upon delivery to identify its conditionIf your package got damaged during transport, contact us immediately and send us photos of the damaged package. If your wallpaper got damaged as well, we'll send a new, identical wallpaper free of charge. Please note that damaged wallpapers can not be replaced if you applied glue to them or started installation.
