All Customer products are made to measure, meaning that the finished product can differ based on product imagery. We recommend using the free Wallpaper Visualisation service (displayed on each product page) to make sure that the final product matches expectations. Should you have any concerns about the product listing, don't hesitate to contact us.
PricesProduct prices are retail, expressed in Euro (EUR) currency. At checkout, a conversion into your local currency can be displayed depending on your preferences. We may update our prices at any time. Despite our best effort, a small number of our products might be mispriced from time to time. If this happens we will not be obliged to supply the products at the incorrect price. We will contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. In that case, we will either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
PaymentCustomers can place orders with any major credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. The payment method can be chosen during checkout. Dreamhood Wallpapers uses the payment gateway Stripe that allow you to check out with your credit or debit card. All transactions are protected by SSL-encryption. This means that nobody other than the customer will be able to access your card details.
ShippingAll orders are shipped door to door using a proven carrier service. Orders are tracked and tracking information is provided to the customer via email after the completed purchase.
Orders are delivered Worldwide. If your order is liable to Customs, our team will support you through the process and cover any occurring costs.
ReturnsSince our products are made to measure, returns for products that do not have any faults, are not accepted. Products that arrived with faults (either through manufacturing or shipping) can be returned and replaced with identical new ones. In such situations, contact us first off so we can arrange a pickup and replacement product.
ResponsibilityThe responsibility for the correct measurement and order is solely the responsibility of the Customer.
